Meet Serena Arora!

Serena Arora is a New York based multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of cultural identity, emotional honesty, and narrative transformation. She is a current member of the 2025–2026 BIPOC Critics Lab at The Public Theater and is studying in the Atlantic Acting School Full Time Conservatory 2025–2026. She holds a BA in English with a minor in Theatre from Boston University. Additional training includes scene study at Berg Studios, vocal coaching with Anne L. Nathan, and on camera and self tape work through John Casablanca workshops.

Stage credits include work with Moonbox Productions and other regional companies. On camera, she appeared in Joya Kazi’s AARP “Embrace Your Inner Light” Diwali campaign, which won the 2025 ANA Multicultural and Inclusive Marketing Excellence Awards Grand Prize. Film work includes Blackburns Ballet and other short films.

Beyond performance, Serena is a published poet (novel The Beast Within) and a singer songwriter who released the EP Painted Blind in 2021. She is developing a solo piece and new writing that explore diaspora, identity, and belonging. She lives and works in New York City.
